| tdl 14:00- it's cloudy and cool afternoon. the park is not crowded because it's after the summer holiday and there is no seasonal event. |

| preparations for halloween are well advanced. there is a photolocation at plaza this year. the last time we had the location was in the christmas season in 2007. |

| a great quantity of plants for halloween are dangled at
westernland, fantasyland and plaza. |

| tds 14:00- today is the 8th anniversary of tds! but there is no special event and the park is peaceful. unfortunately, typhoon 12 has formed in the philippine sea and the weatherforecast said that it will come to tokyo around sep 8-10. hope the halloween event begin undisturbedly. |
