TDL:  Because of the typhoon near Tokyo, the wind was very strong this morning. But now, the wind has calmed down and the rain has stopped.

Keiyo Line ran at a slow speed due to the strong wind.

20:00-  I came to TDL again for a stroll. Then I attempted the lottery for Midnight Summer Panic and won the ticket for the central viewing area! However my viewing area (area E) didn't get wet, so I couldn't enjoy it to the full.

TDS:  The park was very crowded. The waiting time for some attractions was nearly three hours. I heard that Cool Service at 11:25 was cancelled due to the strong wind, but Bon Fire Dance at night was performed as planned.
