TDL 11:00-  This is the day before the Halloween events. Most frequenters knew that there would be a sneak preview of the new Halloween parade today. However, it was cancelled due to bad weather. (The typhoon passed closed to Tokyo.)

At Plaza, all photolocations were unveiled. I think this year's theme is "trick". Some trickarts(illusionism) are used in the decorations.

TDS  This is the last day of "Over the Waves" show, that ran from 2006 at Dockside Stage. Unfortunately, all performances today were cancelled due to bad weather. Since the weather forecast said that the rain should let up around 18:00, many people had been waiting for the last performance (from 19:00) in the heavy rain from the morning with a glimmer of hope. So, when the cancellation was announced, some people were crying. Thank you and Good-by, Over the Waves!

After all performances were cancelled, my friends sent me pictures of the Harbor as they left the park disappointed.
