TDL 16:00-  The park was less crowded than yesterday because the weather forecast said that it would rain today. But the weather was fine. It was just before the Halloween parade started, but there were only two or three rows of people waiting at the Plaza. No one was waiting in the standing viewing area. At 16:20, the Fastpasses for Space Mountain between 19:00 and 20:00 were still being issued.

TDS 16:40-  The park was less crowded than yesterday. The weather forecast says that it will rain heavily tonight, but the sky was clear at this moment.
