The temperature fell below 10 degrees and a cold rain was falling.

Because of the rain, most guests who were dressed in costume gathered in the World Bazaar.

The waiting time for popular "indoor" attractions was around 90 minutes. Pirates of the Caribbean was a 30-minute wait.
