TDL 13:00-  It was a cool day. The temperature was around 22 degrees. We have only 8 days left until the end of August. When August finishes, I always feel like the year will soon come to an end. At Plaza, preparations for the Halloween events started.

Even though this weather, many people were waiting for Cool the Heat.
