TDL; The summer holiday season was over and the park was quiet. The typhoon seems to come but it doesn't come. It may hit on the first day of the seasonal events. The park was really humid.

TDS; It seems that the decoration was almost completed. Maybe because of the typhoon, the park was very thinly attended.

Since neighbors didn't come to the parks, the bicycle parking area was unoccupied.
