TDL; The typhoon is taking an irregular course. Will it come to Tokyo? Maihama was really humid this morning. It seems that preparations for the Halloween events were almost completed.

I walked around the park for about 20 minutes. During this short time, the weather changed very rapidly. It rained, then the sky started to clear up and the temperature rose suddenly.
