The temperature was high, but the humidity was low and there was a nip of fall in the wind. Until the end of this weekend, full costumes are allowed in TDL. (Adults are allowed to wear full costumes inside TDL only on Sep. 4-10 and Oct. 25-31) So the park was filled with Guests who dressed in Disney character costumes. The weather forecast expected that tomorrow would be a humid day, so it will be a tough day for those people.
