TDL 16:00-  Today is Hina Matsuri (Girls'Day / Doll Festival ) in Japan.  It was a warm and nice day to visit the parks. The park was very crowded. I saw many exhausted families sitting on the ground in World Bazaar.

The Plaza was filled with tulips. The best time to view tulips will come soon.

TDS: Park admission was restricted from 12:00 to 17:00 due to high attendance. The picture below was taken around 16:30. Ticket booths were still closed.
